FLOOR TYPE ROLLER CONVEYING SHOT BLASTING M/C-Product Detail-Chen Hui Machinery Factory

   This m/c is employed roller to convey the work piece, simple of operating, whom operator just deposits the un-processed work piece on the roller before shot-blasting tunnel inlet and the rolling roller will convey the work piece pass through the shot-blasting tunnel, Meanwhile, the work piece surface will be shoted steel ball by shot wheelabrators in hi-speed and continuously, after then, the casting sand, scaling & burring etc., which adhesived on the work piece surface will be cleaned, The processed work piece will be shined & burnished and convenient for next step processings.
   The rolling speed of roller can be adjusted due to work piece treating requirement, which can be turned more quickly for cleaned work piece, otherwise those will be runned slowly.
   This m/c can be treated large size casting work piece and can be loaded 10 ton [max.] for single work piece, any how, I beam, steel foundry, construction frame ,steel plate, machine weldments & large heat-treating work pieces etc.,
