CIRCULATING HANG TYPE SHOT BLASTING M/C-Product Detail-Chen Hui Machinery Factory

   Special designed of circulating hang installation at top of m/c and the work piece be hanged m/c and swinged slowly get into the blasting chamber, for then, the work piece surface will be shoted steel ball by shot wheelabrator in hi-speed and continuously, but the hang work piece turned in low speed, Since, the work piece surface will be shoted evenly. after that, the casting sand, scaling & burring etc. which adhesived on the work piece surface will be cleaned soon, the processed work piece will be shined& burnished and convenient for next step processing.
   Simple of operating, the operator whom just hang up un-process work piece at one end and processed work piece will be taken away at another end and can be operated progressively, great product capacity.
   This m/c is suitable for medium & large size castings, complicated profile or hollow etc., work piece suited for hanging die castings or same profile weldments.
