This m/c is employed hoist and rotating hanger to hang work piece, for then, the work piece surface will be shoted steel ball by shot wheelabrator in hi-speed and continuously, but the hang work piece turned in low speed, Since, the work piece surface will be shoted evenly, after that, the casting sand, scaling & burring etc, which adhesived on the work piece surface will be cleaned soon, the processed work piece will be shined & burnished and convenient for next step processing.
The人 rail be installed which convenient for one set hanging work piece be processed shotblasting and another set can be hang work piece for preparing,those are processed reciprocatively for achieving the great advantages.
This m/c is suitable for medium or large size casting work piece, zinc & aluminium die castings or other work piece which can be hanged etc , not mentioned detaily.
